I’ve been figure skating, dancing, and finding joy in movement my whole life. And while I've worked tirelessly at perfecting my technique, I’ve worked even harder at the intangible element of performing that makes it all worthwhile: connecting with an audience. While dance has remained my passion project, I've taken that lesson into my writing career. Whether with users or spectators, I thrive on creating connections that are compassionate and meaningful.
Currently, I’m a staff UX writer at Airbnb. Previously, I spent almost four years at Cash App, working with design, product, research, and engineering to make money movement sound more clear, compelling, and human. I recently graduated with an MFA in Creative Writing at Fairfield University.
When I’m not writing, you can find me in the New York salsa scene. I’ve been dancing in NYC since 2013, performing and competing in New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Miami. In 2017, I placed 2nd at the World Salsa Summit in Pro-Am Cabaret. I’ve performed with BAILA Society, Irôko Dance Company, and Karel Flores NYC.
